Measure around the base of the neck and the widest part of the chest.
XS — Neck 26–38 cm · Chest 28–58 cm
S — Neck 31–45 cm · Chest 36–69 cm
M — Neck 38–52 cm · Chest 45–80 cm
L — Neck 43–58 cm · Chest 45–100 cm
XL — Neck 48–81 cm · Chest 52–116 cm
Collar
Measure where the collar naturally sits and allow room for two fingers.
XS — Neck 21–36 cm · Width 1.5 cm
S — Neck 28–44 cm · Width 1.5 cm
M — Neck 32–50 cm · Width 2 cm
L — Neck 41–66 cm · Width 2.5 cm
XL — Neck 51–80 cm · Width 3.8 cm
Leash
One size — 152 cm long × 2 cm wide.

How to measure
Measure around the base of the neck, then around the widest part of the chest just behind the front legs. Your dog should fit inside both ranges.
Measure where the collar normally sits. Keep the tape snug, then allow room for two fingers.
